Dirty, MAMMA MATCHA

 

I’m back on my Dirty Matcha Latte kick! I bounce back between coffee, mostly because it is the quickest caffeine fix in the mornings. This is my “powerhouse” recipe for when I really need to get stuff done.

You’ll need:

  1. Pour shot espresso into cup

  2. Mix1 small spoon matcha powder with a dash of cinnamon

  3. Add 1-2 oz hot water and mix well with Matcha whisk (the Matcha Bowl I use) or use electric hand frother. Make sure there are no clumps left over.

  4. In frother, add coconut milk, or other milk alternative. While frothing add dash of Agave syrup and about 3 second squeeze of date syrup.

  5. Add mixtures together; give a good stir

  6. Sip & Enjoy!
