How To Take Vitamins If You Really HATE Taking Vitamins.
NOT a fan of taking vitamins? Me either, but its just something ya have to do. Over the past few months i've been implementing these tricks if you will, to make the process not so daunting. In the mornings I practice intermittent fasting and hate letting the taste of the vitamins linger until I eat - so I take them while i'm making dinner. Through this pre-dinner event, I drink 1-2 cups of water what also helps to make yourself feel more full before a meal & you wont eat as much - that's the idea anyway. Here is a list of the vitamins currently in my pretty little bowl & their benefits. If you have time, read through each company they're pretty dope.

1. MAKE IT PRETTY
Because everything is easier when its nice to look at. I picked up this chic white marble bowl (also I need about 10x more because they are so handy around the house), in the morning I place them in there so I don't forget after a long day.
2. ROOM TEMPERATURE WATER
Room temperature water is way easier to drink than ice water, this will make them go down quick and easy.
3. DO IT FAST & DON'T LOOK
Like ripping off a band-aid, you just cant think about it. AND - if you don't look at each vitamin when picking it up you aren't reminded how big each one is.
4. GO TO YOUR HAPPY PLACE
I'm usually sitting on a beach with a very large margarita, mentally ;)
5. HAVE A YUMMY SMOOTHIE OR FRUIT TO FOLLOW
As I said before, I hate the after taste and letting them sit in your stomach. If your routine is to take them in the morning you can follow them with a morning smoothie/juice.
6. MAKE IT A ROUTINE
After you get into the groove, it really isn't that bad and its just another part of your day. Don't let it get in your head and built it up to be a huge obstacle or negative party of your day.
