House Tour: A Greek Retreat

I’ll admit, ever since our Honeymoon last year in Greece i’ve been a bit obsessed. But you don’t have to go to Greece to be infatuated with its design. Greece has staple design elements that you simply know by the plastered white walls, washed out floors and dark natural woods. Thats pretty incredible isn’t it? This gem belongs to Tino Zervudachi found on one of the many islands in Greece, Hydra. To get the full background check the full AD interview here.

Where do I begin…

Design Notes

~ White washed walls interior & exterior

~ Neutral pallet (walls/floor/ceiling) with pops of natural elements.

~ Arched windows & doorways

~ The coffee table is a perfect element to ground the light space and its styled so well.

~ Bright pops of art

~ A freestanding soaker tub in front of a window is always a good idea, regardless of location.

~The use of different species of natural woods, this gives more depth to the design.

~ The coat hanger, is friggen amazing.

~ Low loungy pillows in the picturesque terrace, the view isn’t too bad either!
