A Memorable GIFT IDEA
This Christmas we decided not to do presents for Maximus, since he won’t remember them anyways and we will get him anything he needs regardless of the time of year. Instead we are going to get him a few keepsake pieces that he will remember for years to come. Im going to blame this on the hormones but during this special time in our lives, I want to capture all the moments and build a special childhood for Max and show him the importance of that. What better way to hold onto memories other than a memory box! I found this wooden box off Etsy, I wanted to make sure it was large enough to put things in. To add a special touch I got his name engraved onto a brass metal plate (1/2” x 3” size) and added it to the wood box. Such a simple little diy that I know will last many years. I hope he collects treasures from trips, pictures, cards, anything special that he finds growing up, it’s his little portal to create for himself. This is a unique gift for his first Christmas, but it would really be a nice gift for anyone special for Christmas.
